CEPP Certified
Using the Nox process allows you to recover CEPP credits under the French national Ecophyto 2+ plan.
Two main gases can generally be used to create a modified atmosphere: nitrogen (N₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂). Each of these two gases has its own specific preservation characteristics.
Nox is a registered trademark and the Nox® process is protected by an international patent.
CO₂ is a neutral gas. It does not chemically react with the preserved product and therefore has no direct impact on its physicochemical and organoleptic properties.
We do not recommend stacking the Nox® Big Bags as there is a risk of tearing the inner layer and breaking the seal, but rather using rigid structures like racks.
