Comment ça marche ?
Remplissage
Gonflez entièrement le Nox® Big Bag et positionnez-le sur votre trémie de remplissage. Utilisez le calculateur de remplissage pour déterminer la quantité exacte de grain à insérer.
Fermeture
Pliez la goulotte de remplissage du Nox® Big Bag en col de cygne afin d'effectuer la thermousoudure. Vérifiez que la soudure est continue afin de garantir l'étanchéité de l'enveloppe hermétique.
Aspiration
Dévissez la valve d'aspiration du Nox® Big Bag et positionnez-la contre le grain. A l'aide d'un système d'aspiration externe, aspirez l’air intérieur jusqu'à ce que la masse de grain soit compacte.
Injection
Après avoir monté le système d'injection, branchez-le sur la valve d'injection du Nox® Big Bag . Insérez le CO₂ jusqu’à gonflage total de l'enveloppe hermétique.
Mesure
Assemblez le système de mesure et branchez-le sur la valve d'injection. Relevez la mesure du taux de CO₂ indiquée par l'appareil afin de valider la bonne conservation.

Yes absolutely, the product to be conditioned must be returned to standard temperature and humidity conditions.
It is therefore necessary to regularly monitor the gas level inside the Nox® Big Bags.
If the hermetic inner layer bag is kept intact, the Nox® Big Bags can be reused multiple times. For reuse:
- Blow out the inside of the Nox® Big Bag.
- Neatly and horizontally cut the discharge spout, then heat-seal it.
- Firmly reattach the two envelopes at the bottom using the strap.
- Regularly measure the CO₂ gas level to ensure there are no leaks.
